ONGOING PROJECT Neo – Medicinaren 25 in Huddingen, Sweden

Implementation of a large-scale challenging project NEO – MEDICINAREN 25 was launched at the end of 2015 by SKONTO PREFAB. New building size of 26 000 m2 will consist of classrooms, auditoriums and labs for the needs of research facilities of Karolinska Institutet in Huddinge in the outskirts of Stockholm.
SKONTO PREFAB will provide design development services as well as production, delivery and assembly of prefabricated steel and concrete elements in this project. Overall more than 1600 tons of steel constructions will be delivered to the site in cooperation with partners, confirming that the company has developed all the necessary facilities and created conditions to manage and complete extensive projects where deadlines are of the most importance. Design development, production and assembly of steel construction frame buildings with prefabricated concrete elements will be accomplished in a short period of time.
This project will demonstrate the extensive experience of SKONTO PREFAB of management of large projects meeting all the requirements of clients.
