Project Piņķi International college

Skonto Prefab has completed work in Piņķi on the construction company's "Merks" project where international college with dormitory-type students hostel function was built.
The project is in line with the latest construction sustainability trends.
The building constructions are made of CLT wooden panels and glued wooden beams, which have been used in Latvia in such a large amount and for a public object for the first time. Skonto Prefab manufactured CLT constructions for the college, supplied glued wooden beams or Glulam and provided CLT / Glulam assembly consultations.
